A ITIN loan program it’s a program for all the borrowers Non-residents of the United States that does not have a legal status or its pending or process of obtaining a legal status. This program has more requirements than the FHA and Conventional loans Since it is not insured by Private nor Government entity. This program requires a minimum of 20% and DTI of 50%. Must provide two photo ID’s that can be the Passport from the country of citizenship and/or Chancellery ID. This program is a great program while waiting a chance to obtain a legal status.
