It is a loan program for borrowers that does not reside in the US, but wants to buy an investment or a second home anywhere in the US. buyers must have a Tourist or visitor Visa, usually a B1-B2. The funds for the down payment must be in an account in the United States. The minimum down payment is 25-30%. To determine the credit, it is possible to take the credit rating report from the credit companies from the buyer’s country of residence and or a letter from the buyer’s bank. These documents must be translated to English prior to closing.
